Former GCHS, Tide, current NFL star Kirkpatrick holds Santa Spree for families in need

Dre Kirkpatrick loves to give back — and it’s the season of giving.

The former Gadsden City and Alabama and current NFL defensive back’s charity, the 21 Kids Foundation, hosted the Dre Kirkpatrick Santa Spree on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020.

Twenty students from Adams, Donehoo, Thompson and Striplin elementary schools were chosen based on need to participate in the Santa Spree. Each student and his or her family received a $300 gift card to shop at Old Navy.
